主席李妙菁院士

李妙菁院士 畢業於英國倫敦大學學院，主修數學及經濟系。憑藉著敏銳的商業洞察力和卓越的領導才能，李院士於2016 年創辦了妙菁集團，開啟了創業之旅。集團初始以批發業務為主，她帶領團隊不斷摸索市場規律，優化業務流程，逐步在競爭激烈的市場中站穩腳跟。

Under her leadership, the company now serves customers in over 200 countries, represents more than 1,000 brands, and collaborates with 300 retail stores globally, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.

To further support LMCHING’s global expansion, the company has now established branches in strategic locations in Hong Kong, Beijing (China), Shenzhen (China), Dubai (UAE), Australia and Vietnam.

Expanding into new industries, Miss Li Miu Ching established Alpha Projects Consulting Company Limited in 2022 and Dynasty Electric Limited in 2023.

Beyond her business ventures, Miss Li Miu Ching is deeply committed to social responsibility. Since 2019, she has been actively engaged in animal welfare, collaborating with multiple protection organizations. Her efforts go beyond financial support - she has directly participated in animal rescue initiatives, established shelters, and organized adoption campaigns, providing a second chance for abandoned animals.

Additionally, she is a strong advocate for education and healthcare in underserved communities, contributing resources to improve access to essential services. Her dedication to social causes reflects a broader vision of corporate responsibility and sustainable impact.

於2024年，李院士個人憑藉在商業領域的卓越成就以及對社會公益事業的無私奉獻，獲得了社會企業研究院頒發的院士榮譽資格。 於2025年李院士獲邀加入中國國際經濟合作學會委仕[名譽會長]一職 及獲中國合作貿易企業協會民營經濟分會委任為「副會長」。 同時在2025年科學家經濟學家年會獲頒「建國 75 周年行業領軍卓越典範大獎」。而在創新新類型業務方面 , 李院士更獲得2025年 [創新智慧華人系列] 之 [全球傑出華人領袖 ]的榮銜。

In 2025, Miss Li Miu Ching founded the Hong Kong Dubai General Association, an organization dedicated to fostering stronger connections between Hong Kong and Dubai. As its founder, she is committed to enhancing engagement between these two dynamic regions through strategic collaboration. 

Her achievements serve as an inspiration for entrepreneurs and business leaders, reinforcing the importance of balancing commercial success with meaningful contributions to society.
