Who We Are?

The Hong Kong Dubai General Association (HKDGA) is a non-profit, cross-regional organization established in 2025 to promote long-term cooperation between Hong Kong and Dubai. Rooted in a shared vision of innovation and economic advancement, HKDGA was formed to support strategic collaboration in trade, culture, and policy development across Asia and the Middle East.

Through our regional presence and institutional partnerships, we serve as a catalyst for progress - empowering businesses, policymakers, and communities to build enduring ties and shared success.

Our Establishment

The Hong Kong Dubai General Association and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Dubai are the key institutions facilitating business exchanges between Hong Kong and Dubai. We have acted as a supporting pillar in strengthening bilateral relations between Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. Guided by our founding principles, we continuously work to expand channels of communication and cooperation at both governmental and enterprise levels.
